Located in a small building in the town center, this new apartment has a terrace with a dining area, a sea view living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a garage.
It's comfortable and cosy!
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The mandatory deposit of € 200 is to be paid in cash upon arrival (cannot be prepaid).
The price indicated does not include the one-off payment of € 110 for extra costs : final cleaning, utility fees, bed linen and towels (weekly change isn't included).
On request :
- additional bed linen and towels € 10 per person.
- baby cot € 30 per week.
